For me this is one of the best ways to learn about the HCG Diet. Nothing helps better to understand this program than real people who have done it themselves telling us about their experiences. One method is to post their experiences in a blog, another to post answers to questions on forums, yet another is the video log.

The featured vLogger is Mamaclok. She has more vlog posts than you can shake a stick at and she is interested in the information about the program being distributed as widely as possible.
