Cleansing and Detox Concepts and Programs

Hi all,

Well, there seems to be several systems out there to give your body a good cleansing. I know I have tried a colon cleanse and I will detail the factors that helped me choose between products.

My soon to be ex-wife tried the "Master Cleanse". I was skeptical about it. She however was very happy with it. So I will cover some of the things she had to say about it.

There are other cleansing topics and I will give it my level best to try and scope them out. As always, I would be much more than happy to hear your inputs.
