Colon CleansingI know that colon cleansing is a topic that is tender at best with many people. There are so many people out there talking up a big story about how you need to cleanse your colon and rid yourself of all these toxins that have built up over the years in your body. I can tell you that I have done two types of proceedures regarding this. It is not the most proud thing in my life, but I have been well known for my ability to make many people uncomfortable...if you know what I mean. It is hereditary and I cannot escape the power that I was given as a birth right.
